Cynthia Chaplin

Cynthia Chaplin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project and program management within the financial services industry. Currently serving as Vice President at Broadridge since December 2015, Cynthia leads a global team of over 40 professionals across multiple countries, focusing on Tax Services and Mutual Fund Retirement Services. Prior to this, Cynthia held the position of Director at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where leadership was provided for various regulatory tax reporting projects. Cynthia's earlier roles at Bank of America Merrill Lynch also included serving as Vice President, overseeing teams focused on trades processing and client reporting. Additionally, Cynthia's career began at Cambridge Technology Partners as a Technical Lead and NYNEX Science & Technology as a Member of Technical Staff. Cynthia holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering from Boston University.
