Judy Winter-Giella

Judy Winter-Giella is a seasoned professional in talent management and development, currently serving as Vice President at Broadridge since April 2007. In this role, Judy leads initiatives in talent and succession planning, performance management, organizational learning, and leadership development, all aimed at fostering a positive workplace culture and employee engagement. Additionally, Judy has held various leadership positions within Broadridge, including overseeing global talent acquisition and serving as a strategic human resources business partner. Previous experience includes a tenure as Senior Director of Human Resources at ADP from March 2004 to March 2007. Judy Winter-Giella holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Labor Relations from the New York Institute of Technology.
