Mike Sleightholme

Mike Sleightholme currently serves as President of Broadridge International and President of Asset Management Solutions at Broadridge since February 2022. Prior to this, Mike held the position of CEO/General Manager of DST Systems at SS&C Technologies from March 2016 to December 2021, overseeing various financial service divisions and the company's international operations. Earlier career highlights include serving as Global Head of Hedge Fund Services at Citi, where Mike led a top global hedge fund administration business, and as Head of Direct Custody and Clearing for the APAC region, achieving significant market share growth. Mike began their professional journey at Legal and General, contributing to the establishment of the Middle Office function in 1988. Mike holds a BA (Hons) in Financial Services from Bournemouth University, earned between 1988 and 1992.
