Raphael Abele has extensive experience in corporate development and mergers and acquisitions. Since October 2017, Raphael has held the position of Vice President of Corporate Development at Broadsign, after serving as Director of Corporate Development. Prior to Broadsign, Raphael worked at Stericycle as Director of Mergers & Acquisitions, contributing to the acquisition of Shred-it International in 2015. Raphael's tenure at Shred-it International included roles as Director, Senior Manager, and Manager of Corporate Development. Earlier in their career, Raphael was an Analyst in Investment & Corporate Banking at BMO Capital Markets, providing financial and strategic advice across various sectors. Raphael holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with Honours and a Finance Concentration from Wilfrid Laurier University, as well as completing the Canadian Securities Course from the Canadian Securities Institute.
