Tracy Anema is an accomplished finance and human resources leader with extensive experience in various roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Finance and Human Resources at Broadsign since December 2016, Tracy provides strategic leadership to accounting and administration teams, ensuring financial planning aligns with long-term objectives. Prior to this, Tracy was the President of Anema McIntosh Inc., where support was offered to small to mid-size companies in controller and CFO roles. As Chief Operating Officer at DayNight Pharmacy, focus was placed on strategic growth and preparing the company for sale. Tracy's earlier experience includes serving as Controlling Manager Canada for Ikea, overseeing annual budgets and long-term financial planning, and as General Manager of Finance for the YMCA of Hamilton/Burlington. Tracy holds a Certified Professional Accountant designation.
