Jodie Blake

Jodie Blake is currently the Group Executive People, Safety & Culture at Ventia, a company providing essential services for infrastructure in Australia and New Zealand, since February 2022. In addition, Jodie serves as the Non Executive Director and Chair of the People & Governance Committee at Urban Camp and is a member of Chief Executive Women (CEW). Previously, Jodie held various senior roles at Jemena, including Executive General Manager of People, Safety, Legal & Corporate Affairs, where responsibilities included driving business strategy and managing HR, safety, and corporate affairs functions. Jodie has also contributed as an Industry Non Executive Director for the Energy & Water Ombudsman NSW and has held HR leadership positions at Wesfarmers Kleenheat Gas and Corning Incorporated. Jodie holds a Master's degree in Industrial & Employee Relations and a Bachelor's degree in Business (Human Resource Management) from Monash University, along with a Graduate qualification from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
