Carrie Charles has extensive work experience in various executive and leadership roles. Carrie started their career in the United States Marine Corps as a Telecommunications Specialist from 1987 to 1990. Carrie then worked as a Certified Financial Planner at Phoenix Life Insurance Company from 1990 to 1994 and later joined Lincoln Financial Group as Vice President of Sales / Certified Financial Planner from 1994 to 1998. Carrie held the position of Vice President at The Loan Corporation from 2005 to 2009 and subsequently served as Chief Executive Officer at Executive Centers of America from 2009 to 2012. In 2012, they became the CEO and Master Certified Life Coach at Design My Life, Inc., a role they held until 2017. Carrie's most recent positions include that of Chief Executive Officer at Broadstaff, a staffing firm specializing in IT and Telecom workforce solutions where they have been since 2016, and a Member of the Board of Directors at CableRunner International since 2019.

Carrie Charles has studied Finance at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Carrie has also obtained a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) degree from the College for Financial Planning, specializing in Finance, General. Additionally, they hold a certification as a CFP from the CFP Board.
