Rina Patel

Rina Patel currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Global Operations & Supply Chain at Broan-NuTone, a position held since November 2023. Prior to this role, Rina Patel was the Vice President of North American Operations at Marmon Industrial Energy & Infrastructure from 2019 to November 2023, where significant improvements in safety and operations were achieved across five supply chain facilities. Rina Patel has also held various leadership positions at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. and Dyno Nobel, focusing on operational transformation and organizational culture enhancement. Rina Patel's extensive experience also includes roles at General Cable and GE, where contributions were made to productivity and cost efficiency across multiple sites. Rina Patel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology, and has pursued advanced studies in Biomedical Engineering at Columbia University and Johns Hopkins, along with executive education at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
