Yen-Jung Lin

Yen-Jung Lin currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Global Operations and Supply Chain at Broan-NuTone, having joined the company in July 2020. Previous roles at Broan-NuTone include Vice President and General Manager of BROAN China and IPO, and Senior Director of Strategic Sourcing. Prior to Broan-NuTone, Yen-Jung Lin held significant positions at Briggs & Stratton from August 2002 to July 2020, including Senior Director of Global Supply Chain, where responsibilities encompassed managing a large global team, overseeing extensive annual spending and supplier relationships, and coordinating end-to-end supply chain operations. Additional roles at Briggs & Stratton involved leading international sourcing initiatives and establishing operational hubs in Asia. Yen-Jung Lin's career began at Generac Power Systems as an International Purchasing Agent, following an early position in inside sales at Eternal Chemical Corp.
