Ava Schumock

Ava Schumock is a skilled Human Resources professional with a strong background in HR management and talent development. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Broetje Automation-USA, Schumock has successfully transitioned the company from an HR-less entity to a fully functional HR department. Prior experience includes coordinating a comprehensive internship program and enhancing employee resources at Camping World, as well as various roles within the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign's Sociology Department that developed administrative and research skills. Schumock holds a Master's degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations and dual Bachelor's degrees in Political Science and Sociology from the same university, along with certification as a Nursing Assistant.
