James Herchenbach

James Herchenbach is an accomplished Electrical and Controls Engineering Manager with extensive experience in the automation industry. Currently serving at Broetje Automation-USA since March 2023, James has held various engineering roles including Sr. Controls Engineer at BBS Automation Chicago from November 2021 to March 2023 and Controls Engineer at Felsomat USA, Inc. from March 2018 to November 2021. Additional experience includes positions as an Electrical Engineer at MiTek USA and a Controls Engineer at Felsomat USA, Inc. from July 2012 to October 2017, as well as an Applications Engineer at Bodine Electric of Decatur. James earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville in May 2010 and completed high school at Grayslake Community High School in 2005.
