Rosalyn Vann-Jackson, MBA, CDPT, is an accomplished educator and administrator with extensive experience in support services and transportation management within the educational sector. Currently serving as Chief Support Services Officer at Broken Arrow Public Schools since February 2016, Rosalyn leads key divisions, including before and after care, transportation, and child nutrition. Previous roles include Executive Director of Enrollment and Support Services and Assistant Director of Transportation at Broken Arrow Public Schools, where Rosalyn implemented attendance protocols that significantly improved attendance rates. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant Director of Transportation at Tulsa Public Schools, where Rosalyn oversaw the implementation of a large CNG school bus fleet, and roles in human resources at FMS, Inc., and Scott Lowery Law Office, P.C. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Business Administration and ongoing doctoral studies in Strategic Leadership at Oral Roberts University, along with certifications in Pupil Transportation.
