Ed Powers

Ed Powers currently serves as the Director of Operations at Broken Yolk Cafe since January 2024. Previously, Ed held the position of Director of Operations at Chili's (Brinker International) for over 28 years, with additional experience as a General Manager. From January 2006 to January 2015, Ed was the President and a Board Member of the California Restaurant Association, contributing significantly to the organization during that time.
