Emily Kennedy

Emily Kennedy is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience since 2005. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at BrokerLink, Emily leads a team of Senior HR employees to support national corporate client groups while actively mentoring and developing the HR team. Prior roles at BrokerLink include Human Resources Manager, Senior Human Resources Consultant, and HR Consultant, where responsibilities ranged from managing complex HR issues to overseeing the acquisition process and integration of new employees. Previously, Emily held various HR positions at SNC-Lavalin O&M, where full cycle recruitment and HR support for national client groups were key focus areas. Earlier experiences include recruitment roles at Hunt Personnel/Temporarily Yours and teaching positions at NOVA Corporation. Emily holds an Advanced Diploma in Business Administration-Human Resources from St. Lawrence College and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Ottawa.
