Responsibilities include exceptional customer service, insurance solution recommendations, and participation in training initiatives. Prior experience includes positions at TD Insurance as Level 2 Insurance Advisor & Manager Support, and the African Diaspora Association of the Maritimes as Public Relations & Communications Officer, where event organization and promotional materials creation were key duties. Thelma's marketing expertise was further developed at VTScada by Trihedral and Jonitive Web Services, focusing on client engagement and lead generation. A graduate of Saint Mary's University with a degree in Marketing and Psychology, Thelma combines analytical skills with customer-centric strategies to foster business growth.
