Mohsin Syed

Mohsin Syed is a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer at Brompton Bicycle, focusing on continuous improvement of existing products by working on cost reduction, performance enhancement, and warranty issues since January 2022. Prior to this role, Mohsin served as a Senior Design Engineer at The Toro Company from February 2015 to January 2022, where responsibilities included engineering design and analysis of both new and existing products, managing the entire development process. Mohsin also worked as a Project Engineer at European Oat Millers from December 2012 to November 2014, assisting the Chief Engineer with the design and management of a new food factory. Earlier experience includes a position as a Student Development Engineer at Delphi Diesel Systems, where Mohsin contributed to improving diesel pump durability through bearing impact analysis. Mohsin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with Automotive Design from Brunel University and A-levels in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry from Stanmore College.
