Holly Adams

Holly Adams, PhD, FACHE, FACMPE, serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Bronson Medical Group and Vice President of Bronson Healthcare Group since January 2022. As the founder of Margin of Excellence, a healthcare consulting firm established in October 2021, Holly Adams engages in national speaking to enhance operational performance, patient experience, leadership systems, workforce engagement, and culture in healthcare organizations. Previously, Holly Adams held various leadership roles, including Executive Director of Clinical Operations and Patient Experience Leader at OU Health from 2006 to 2021, where operational leadership was provided for 80 ambulatory clinics. Additional experience includes positions at Tulane Medical Center, UT Health East Texas, and SLUCare Physician Group, demonstrating a strong background in clinic operations and management. Holly Adams is currently pursuing a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Liberty University, having earned a Master of Healthcare Administration from Saint Louis University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Bethel University.
