Susan Gleason has had an extensive career in payroll and human resources. Susan started their career in 1995 at Harley Davidson Motor Company, where they worked in various roles, including Payroll Operations Analyst and Payroll Specialist. Susan then moved on to Roundy's Supermarkets, Inc. in 2004, where they served as the Payroll Manager, streamlining and redesigning the payroll processes for over 21,000 employees. In 2007, Susan joined Metavante as the VP of Human Resources and Payroll, where they established and developed the payroll department to support 5,700 employees. Finally, Susan worked at Brookdale from 2009, initially as the Payroll Director, then as the Senior Director of Payroll, and eventually as the Vice President of Shared Services. In these roles, they were responsible for leading payroll teams, implementing new payroll systems, and ensuring payroll compliance.
Susan Gleason attended Mount Mary University from 1995 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and Communication.
