Brookhaven Care provides an environment that clients can call home for as long as they want to live there.  When client care needs change, we make changes to support clients so they continue to live in the home.  We support clients in accessing services for their wellbeing along with opportunities for training, education and employment. We support independence and client well-being. We allow them pleasure and provide an opportunity to contribute to society. They are a part of the planning to manage anything that will prevent them from achieving what they can actually do.
