Robin Vacha

Robin Vacha is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the semiconductor and life sciences industries. Currently serving as SVP and GM of the Semiconductor Group at Brooks Automation, Robin Vacha leads a diverse team focused on automation and contamination control solutions for semiconductor clients. Prior to this role, Robin Vacha held senior leadership positions at Azenta Life Sciences, generating significant revenue and driving innovation in sample management solutions. Previous experience includes key roles at Brooks Automation, Kidde-Fenwal, and Boston Consulting Group, as well as international project management in Asia. Robin Vacha holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and advanced degrees in Mechanical Engineering from MIT and Kettering University.
