Coleman Brown serves as the Global Senior Director of HR Talent & Technology at Brooks Running since October 2013, overseeing HR technology transformation and leading a global talent strategy focused on automation and skill development. Previously, Coleman held the position of Global Senior Director of HR Talent Management at Brooks, where responsibilities included executing a comprehensive global talent strategy and managing various talent processes. Prior to Brooks, Coleman worked at Amazon as a Performance Management Consultant, enhancing the efficiency of performance reviews. Previous roles include Human Resources Director at TrueBlue Inc., and HR Generalist at SNC-Lavalin. Coleman holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership and Development from Gonzaga University and a Bachelor's degree in Business/Psychology with a focus on Industrial Organizational Psychology from Washington State University.
