Goutham Thirumalesh

Goutham Thirumalesh is an experienced design researcher with a demonstrated history in user research and product design. Currently serving as a Runner Insights Design Researcher II at Brooks Running since April 2022, Goutham previously worked as a User Researcher at DemocracyLab and engaged guests as a Docent at the SCAD Museum of Art. Notable academic achievements include a Master of Arts in Industrial and Product Design and a Master of Arts in Design Management from the Savannah College of Art and Design, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from PES University. Goutham's professional experience also includes an industrial design project with Trane to redesign commercial thermostats and a project internship at Kennametal focused on IoT solutions for CNC jigs and fixtures.
