Urvi Lad

Urvi Lad is an experienced ICT professional with a background in technical support, security, risk, and compliance. Currently serving as an ICT Security, Risk and Compliance Officer and Technical Support Officer at the Brotherhood of St Laurence since January 2019, Urvi has demonstrated strong problem-solving abilities and technical knowledge, including user account management using ADManagerPlus. Prior roles include serving as an O365 and Windows 10 Deployment Consultant at Cenitex, where support was provided for the 2018 Victoria State Government election. As a Desktop Support Analyst at CSL, Urvi was responsible for front-line technical support, troubleshooting various system issues.
