Jeff Elder

Jeff Elder is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in infrastructure and platform services, currently serving as Sr. Director at Brown and Caldwell since May 2018. Prior roles include leadership positions at Gates Corporation and Nelnet Diversified Solutions, where significant achievements involved developing new business lines and enhancing operational efficiencies. Notably, Jeff implemented advanced telephony solutions and led teams to improve service quality. Previous experience at AT&T Corporation and IBM Global Services included fostering client relationships and driving quality improvement initiatives through Six Sigma/LEAN methodologies.
