Mark Strahota

Mark Strahota is a seasoned professional in water and wastewater infrastructure with extensive experience in project management. Currently serving as the Portland Local Leader and Director of Project Management at Brown and Caldwell since May 2022, Mark has previously held roles such as Senior Associate and Associate at Hazen and Sawyer from August 2011 to May 2022, and Project Engineer at Malcolm Pirnie from June 2005 to August 2011. Mark's expertise encompasses water and wastewater infrastructure design, wastewater process design, and buried infrastructure evaluation.
