Rich D'Amato

Rich D'Amato is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the environmental services sector. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors for Water For People since January 2022, Rich contributes to global efforts for sustainable access to clean water and sanitation. Prior to this, Rich held multiple leadership roles at Brown and Caldwell, culminating in the position of Chair & CEO, where responsibilities included leading a diverse team in delivering environmental services to various industrial sectors. Rich's background includes significant leadership roles at CH2M HILL, including Senior Vice President and Regional Vice President, focusing on business development and operational management in the water and wastewater industry. Rich’s educational credentials include an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and advanced degrees in Environmental Systems Engineering and Civil Engineering.
