Andrew Helgeson

Andrew Helgeson is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in system and network administration. Currently serving as a System Administrator and Network Administrator at Brown & James, P.C. since November 2017, Andrew manages network systems, including SonicPoint wireless, Cisco Unified call systems, and Meraki switches. Previous roles include Sr. Customer Support Technician at BJC HealthCare, where Andrew supported Radiology for Washington University physicians and BJC staff, and Technical Support Specialist at Riverside HealthCare, providing assistance to a large staff across multiple locations. Andrew began a career in technology as a Technology Assistant at Bradley Bourbonnais Community High School. Andrew holds an Associate's degree in Information Technology from Southern New Hampshire University and is pursuing further education at Kankakee Community College.
