Thomas J. Phillips

Thomas Phillips is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in real estate law. Currently serving as a Partner and Chair of the Global Leasing Practice at Brown Rudnick since November 2002, Thomas has previously held leadership roles, including Partner and Real Estate Department Chair at Hutchins Wheeler & Dittmar, and Partner at Sullivan & Worcester LLP. Earlier in Thomas's career, Thomas worked as an Associate at Goodwin. Academic credentials include a Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law and an A.B. in Economics and Government from Bowdoin College, complemented by a formative education at Choate Rosemary Hall.
