Juan Guerra

Juan Guerra is an experienced manufacturing operations executive with a robust background in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as General Manager of Manufacturing Operations at BRP since May 2020, Juan has previously held positions such as Fabrication Director and Director of Composites Fabrication Center at the same company. Prior to BRP, Juan spent nearly six years at KONE Americas as Site Director and over eight years at BOMBARDIER in roles including Director of Operations and Operations Manager. Early in the career, Juan served as Maintenance Supervisor at Teen Shoes S de R.L. de C.V. and as Maintenance Engineer at INVISTA. Juan holds a Master of Business Administration from Universidad Anáhuac Querétaro and an Engineer's degree in Mechanical Engineering from UMSNH.
