Tara Mandjee

Tara Mandjee is the Director of Legal Services at BRP, overseeing areas such as Securities, Corporate & Finance, M&A, Compliance & Ethics, and Data Privacy since October 2019. Prior to this role, Tara served as a Manager of Legal Services and Senior Legal Counsel at CGI from June 2017 to September 2019, where responsibilities included advising on M&A transactions, securities communications, and governance policies. Tara's legal career began as an Associate at Stikeman Elliott LLP from July 2011 to May 2017, focusing on corporate lending, project finance, and compliance, complemented by a secondment at SE Toronto. Early experience includes a legal internship at Computershare US in 2014, assisting with transactions and compliance matters. Tara holds an LLM in Banking and Financial Law from Boston University School of Law and a BCL/LLB from McGill University, also completing an exchange program at the University of Melbourne.
