Leonel Togniolli

Leonel Togniolli is an experienced technology professional with a robust background in architecture and technical leadership. Currently serving as Architecture Director at BRQ Digital Solutions since January 2025, Leonel previously held prominent positions at CI&T from November 2012 to October 2024, including Head of Technology and CTO, where responsibilities included overseeing technical and business operations for major financial and insurance clients, and expanding operations to become one of CI&T's largest contracts in Latin America. Additionally, Leonel managed a business unit as Architecture Manager and led teams as a Systems Architect, focusing on architectural solutions and delivery.
