BRUGG Pipes
Roberto Rudi is the Global Head of Strategic SCM at BRUGG Pipes since April 2023, overseeing the strategic control and planning of all production plants in the Pipedivision. Roberto is involved in setting inventory strategies, defining SCM profiles for all products, and translating multi-year planning into quantities while estimating investment needs. Roberto collaborates with strategic procurement to establish supplier strategies and determine manufacturing strategies like MTO/MTS/MTE. Prior to this role, Roberto served as the Head of SCM at Brugg Pipesystem since January 2010, where Roberto managed procurement, logistics, production control, NOWC, inventory, and strategic procurement.

The modern pipe systems of the BRUGG Pipes Division in Switzerland and Germany are used in various sectors, such as - Local and district heating - Local and district cooling - Data centers - Industry - Industrial plant construction - Tank systems and system solutions (in-house systems) BRUGG Pipes offers the widest range of 40 pipe systems and more than 20,000 articles. The Pipes division operates three production sites, various sales offices and partner companies in over 25 countries.
