Steven Zurawski

Steven Zurawski is an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager currently overseeing a team of 13 and third-party recruitment vendors at Brunswick Corporation since September 2012. Specializing in filling high-volume manufacturing positions across over 20 manufacturing facilities and 100 boat clubs in the United States, Steven focuses on creating effective processes, sourcing strategies, and metrics to attract skilled employees for advanced manufacturing operations. Prior to this role, Steven held various positions, including On-Premise Recruiting Manager at Aerotek for Mercury Marine, providing broad recruiting experience from entry-level to senior management roles. Steven holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Keller Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.
