Leiya Dobson is a dedicated professional with a strong background in human resources and health administration. Currently serving as the Coordinator of Human Resources Projects at Bruyère since October 2022, Leiya is responsible for coordinating HR projects through stakeholder engagement and data analysis. Prior to this role, Leiya held the position of Master of Health Administration Resident at Bruyère, focusing on change management strategies for nurse rotation schedules. Leiya has an extensive history with the Canada Revenue Agency as a Senior Information Officer and Junior Program Officer, alongside experience in various administrative and support roles within healthcare settings. Academically, Leiya holds a Master's degree in Health Administration from the Telfer School of Management at the University of Ottawa and a Bachelor's degree in Human Kinetics.
