Bruyère
Therese Chan is currently a Research Coordinator and Research Assistant at Bruyère, where Therese is investigating the value of accelerometry data from the Canadian Health Measures Survey for a life expectancy calculator. Previously, Therese worked as a Junior Analyst at Statistics Canada, supporting a project on long-term care data in Canada. Therese has also held various research positions at the University of Ottawa, focusing on topics such as macrophage function, protein phosphatase, and catalyst synthesis. Therese holds a Master of Science in Epidemiology and a Bachelor of Science in Translational and Molecular Medicine from the University of Ottawa.
