Shannon Kearns

Shannon Kearns is an experienced professional in operational and administrative roles within educational and social service organizations. Currently serving as Chief of Staff and Senior Advisor for Operational and Administrative Strategic Initiatives at Bryn Mawr College, Shannon previously held prominent positions at Brandeis University, including Director of Operations and Administration for the School of Arts and Sciences. Shannon's background also includes roles such as Program Director at St. Mary's Center for Women and Children, where oversight of programming and staff supervision for teen mothers and their children was a key responsibility. Prior experience includes serving as a School Clinician at Community Care Alliance, Director at Safe Horizon's Streetwork Uptown Drop-in Center, and various positions focusing on youth support and sexual health education.
