Jay McMunn has a diverse work experience in software development and quality assurance. Jay started their career in 2001 as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Michigan. In 2002, they joined BS&A Software as a Software Developer, where they provided municipalities in Michigan with quality software in Tax, Assessing, and Accounting. Jay also served as the Software Developer Intern Coordinator and later became the Director of Quality Assurance. In this role, they coordinated automated and manual testing, created regression tests, and directed the QA department throughout the software development lifecycle. In 2018, Jay transitioned to the role of DevOps Architect at BS&A Software.
Jay McMunn received a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Michigan in 2001. Jay completed their undergraduate education in the field of study over a four-year period, from 1997 to 2001.
