Dana Wagner

Dana Wagner is a board member at the Boy Scouts of America. Dana previously worked as the director of live events and operational efficiency at the Kalamazoo Growlers baseball club from November 2017 to March 2020.

Wagner is responsible for creating new streams of revenue through special events and corporate outings. Dana has planned events such as the Donut and Beer Festival, Taco and Tequila Festival, Bourbon & BBQ Country Jam, and Mac & Cheese Festival. Dana also promotes the venue capabilities and develops sales packages for public and private events.

Wagner recruits and manages groups of 100-200 volunteers per event. Dana also reviews company expenditures to find ways to maximize revenue. Dana has implemented new processes such as a new POS system, changed phone and internet providers, switched insurance coverage, and developed a process for game day financials.

Wagner completed a BA in Business and Studio Art at Kalamazoo College and a Caribbean Anthropology, Government, and Literature at the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine Campus. Dana is ServSafe Certified.
