Chase Thompson

Chase Thompson is a seasoned technical team manager with extensive experience in the medical device sector. Currently at BSI since June 2019, Chase leads the Vascular Medical Devices team and oversees scheme management, client certifications, and training. Previous roles include program director in R&D for combination products at West Pharmaceutical Services and senior R&D engineer at BD, where Chase contributed to new product development, including implantable devices and advanced tracking technologies. With a solid foundation in engineering from Arizona State University, featuring a Master’s in Biomedical Engineering and a Bachelor’s in Bioengineering, Chase has a proven track record in project management, regulatory compliance, and innovative product design.
