Dawn Rose

Dawn Rose is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in Learning and Development. Currently serving as the Head of People Development & Digital Learning at BSI since February 2023, Dawn previously held the position of Head of Learning and Development at Vita Health Group, where a Learning & Development department was established to align with business needs while minimizing costs and enhancing compliance. Dawn's experience includes managing training programs at Coca-Cola Enterprises as a Learning & Development Manager, where responsibilities encompassed curriculum development and global implementation of learning solutions. Earlier roles include Learning & Development Officer at Simmons & Simmons and various positions in Learning & Development at Vodafone, Linklaters, and HSBC. Dawn holds a PG Cert in Coaching Psychology from the University of East London and an LLB Hons in Law from Anglia Ruskin University.
