Rich Hubner

Rich Hubner, MPH, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in environmental, safety, and risk management consulting. Currently serving as Regional Director for the Northeast at BSI since October 2018, Rich has a history of advancing organizational performance and managing risk for clients. Prior roles include Senior Program Manager at TRC Companies, where strategic market development within the oil and energy industry was a focus, and Client Services Principal at ENERCON Services. As Northeast Business Unit Manager at Cardno, Rich transformed business profitability and enhanced client relationships. Co-founder of The Sapphire Group, Rich managed operational activities and developed strategic initiatives for an international risk management consulting firm. Rich's educational background includes a Master of Public Health in Environmental and Occupational Health from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey and a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences and Biochemistry from Rutgers University.
