Laurynas holds a Master's degree in Innovation and Technology Management from ISM University of Management and Economics, alongside Bachelor's degrees in Building Services Engineering from Xamk - South-Eastern Finland University of Applied Sciences and in Energy Engineering from VILNIUS TECH. Complementing this academic background, Laurynas has completed various managerial and safety training programs, enhancing expertise in workplace safety and fire safety management.
