Janda Edwards

Janda Edwards has a strong background in healthcare management and consulting. Janda is currently serving as the Vice President of Managed Care at Vanguard Center for Neurological Health. Prior to this, they worked as an Independent Consultant at Janda L. Edwards, LLC. Before that, Janda held various leadership roles at Baylor Scott & White Health, including Director of Managed Care Contracts. Janda also served as the Administrative Director of Rehabilitation Services at Baylor Health Care System. Earlier in their career, Janda was the Director of Therapy Services at Baylor Medical Center at Garland and held various positions at Baylor University Medical Center, including Assistant Director, Senior Physical Therapist, and Staff Physical Therapist.

Janda Edwards holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from The University of Dallas, which they obtained from 1987 to 1991. Janda also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Physical Therapy from The University of Texas Medical Branch, earned between 1981 and 1983. Prior to that, they studied Pre-Physical Therapy Studies at Baylor University from 1978 to 1981. Additionally, Janda Edwards has attained a certification as a Licensed Physical Therapist from the Texas Board of Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy Examiners in September 2020.
