Mike's career in healthcare began at Baylor University Medical Center, where service as Chaplain Coordinator lasted from August 1995 to December 2005. Mike holds a Master of Divinity (MDiv) and a PhD from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, completed between 1984 and 1995, and earned a Bachelor of Music Education (BME) from Baylor University from 1979 to 1983.
