Archana Singh is an accomplished professional in the field of human resources, currently serving as Rewards Head for India & AMEA at BT Group since December 2022. In this role, Archana leads the creation of data-driven total reward solutions while collaborating with business leaders and HR teams to enhance compensation strategies and align rewards with business objectives. Prior experience includes positions as Compensation and Benefits Manager for APJ and the Middle East at Dell Technologies, Human Resources Manager focused on Compensation Benefits at TITAN COMPANY LIMITED, and Associate Manager at IndiaProperty.com, where the focus was on talent management and learning development. Earlier roles include a summer internship at Reliance Big Entertainment Digital, working on HR policy formulation, and an Acquisition Manager position in corporate banking at Standard Chartered Bank. Archana holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Development from T A Pai Management Institute and a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Commerce from St. Francis College for Women.
