Gergo Safar

Gergo Safar is an experienced Strategic Workforce Manager at BT since July 2019, leading the Strategic Workforce Planning practice and focusing on skill-based workforce strategies, future skill demand, and reskilling initiatives. Previously, Gergo held roles at Vodafone as a Commercial Capability Manager and Learning & Development Manager, where responsibilities included defining future skills and leading global learning programs for marketing and sales teams. Gergo’s earlier experience includes HR Business Partner positions at BP and Unilever, as well as consultancy at McKinsey & Company. Gergo holds an MSc from Corvinus University of Budapest, a CIPD Certificate in HR Practitioners from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, and a CEMS MIM from Stockholm School of Economics.
