Leonard Besong is a multifaceted professional with extensive experience in operations management, environmental consulting, and business leadership. Currently serving as Service Operations Manager at BT, Leonard oversees major incident management and coordinates cross-functional teams to achieve service restoration. As Principal Environmental Consultant at EARTH WIDE, Leonard conducts public policy research in biodiversity and conservation. Leonard founded BELEON Sarl to provide technology solutions for entrepreneurs and leads BELEON Holdings Kigali as Group President and CEO, focusing on green technology and digital transformation. Previous roles include Head of Operations at DATASURE and Senior Vice President for Innovation at VENCOM, alongside a strong background in retail sales management with EE.
