Tiffany Chow

Tiffany Chow is an accomplished leader in ESG strategy and sustainability, currently serving as the Head of ESG Strategy and Transformation at BT Group, where responsibilities include preparing the business for ESG regulatory changes and leading strategic planning and governance initiatives. Previously, as Head of Climate Change at BT Group, Tiffany spearheaded efforts to reduce carbon emissions by 87%, aiming for net zero by 2030/31, and managed CDP and TCFD reporting. Prior experience includes serving as Associate Director and Climate & ESG Lead at Guidehouse, where over 40 projects were directed for corporations and governments globally. Past roles also encompass consultancy work for the European Commission, regulatory analysis at AEMO, and policy advisement in Ontario's energy sector. Tiffany holds an M.Phil in Sustainable Engineering from the University of Cambridge and a B.A.Sc in Industrial Systems Engineering from the University of Toronto.
