Bruna Argento de Almeida

Bruna Argento de Almeida is an experienced professional in customer experience and product management, currently serving as Associate Director of Customer Experience at BTG Pactual since April 2020, where roles have also included Product Manager for Digital Channels and Product Owner. Prior to this, Bruna gained invaluable experience at The Coca-Cola Company as a Revenue Growth Management Intern and Stills Planning Intern from August 2018 to March 2020. Bruna's early experience includes a consulting role at Empresa Júnior PUC-Rio in 2017. Educational qualifications include a degree from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro (2015-2020) and further studies at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business in 2018.
