Matt Gallagher is an experienced consultant and director in the field of organizational psychology, currently serving as Director at BTS since February 2025. Previously, Matt held roles including Principal Consultant at Maximus International, where expertise in assessments and surveys facilitated insights for leaders and organizations, and Principal Consultant at Q5, contributing to strategy and people development. With a strong background in psychometric assessments, leadership evaluations, and team alignment, Matt has also managed client partnerships at Chandler Macleod Consulting and acted as a Senior Consultant at Right Management and Chandler Macleod Group. An expert in leveraging insights for organizational growth, Matt's educational credentials include an MSc in Organizational Psychology from Alliance Manchester Business School and dual Bachelor's degrees in Psychology from Western Sydney University.
